Property and Cancelation Policies :
Non-Refundable Rate: If your booking is non-refundable the full amount will be charged in advance. If you choose to cancel your booking, or in the case of a no-show, you will be charged the full cost of your booking.
Cancellations are only accepted by e-mail and must be received by us at least 2 full days before the arrival.
Please note: Once you have checked in the booking is non-refundable.

Bookings Policy
When requesting Bookings, you will be required to provide identification information including, their name, email address, contact telephone number, credit card number, and expiry date. By filling out the available forms, you agree to provide us with valid personal data. We inform you that the personal data you provide will be treated in files in order to provide the services and/or information requested, newsletters, and advertising.
Payment
We accept payment in cash or by credit card.
Please note that paying with credit card incurs an additional 4% surcharge.
City tax
City tax is not included and is 2€/person/night.
Age Restriction
We have an age limit of 18 - 39 years old. If you are outside of this age range upon arrival at the hostel, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING without refund of your deposit, as well as charging the applicable cancellation fee.
Group Booking (More than 8 people)
If you want to make a reservation for more than 8 people, please contact us by email a different policy applies. We have special group prices!
A different policy applies to confirm bookings over 300€.
To confirm your booking, you will need to provide 30% of the total amount in advance. Payment can be through credit card or we can give you our bank details for direct debit. Your booking will be confirmed once payment is received.
